MindCraft Therapy Centre is a private clinical psychology clinic offering evidence-based psychotherapy, clinical consultations, and comprehensive psychological evaluations.

To ensure convenience and accessibility across different geographic locations, our clinical services are delivered primarily via secure telepsychology (virtual telehealth). Limited in-person services are restricted to specific locations and clinical needs, subject to scheduling availability. Regardless of the session format, we maintain the highest ethical, clinical, and professional guidelines.

MindCraft Therapy Centre provides care across the human lifespan, offering support for children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.

Please note that relational (couples) therapy and family system sessions involve increased complexity, separate clinical structures, and distinct clinical dynamics. Therefore, couples and family sessions are structured and billed under a separate fee schedule and cannot be categorized under individual session packages.

Our professional fees are determined by the client’s current country of residence and local earning environment, regardless of their nationality or citizenship.

This regional tier structure aligns with differences in local healthcare market standards, licensing conditions, professional indemnity requirements, and operational overheads, ensuring the clinic remains sustainable and ethically operated.

Relational therapy involves increased clinical complexity, multi-client system dynamics, and specific ethical considerations. Accordingly, it is billed under a distinct relational structure:

Note: Where a minor is present, sessions are conducted as parent-focused or systemic family-system consultations and do not constitute individual therapy for the child unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Referral to a child specialist may be recommended where appropriate.

Certain clinical scenarios call for sessions that extend beyond standard boundaries, or require the coordination of multiple stakeholders. These services can include extended evaluations, multi-party consultation with external professionals, or intensive clinical sessions.

Such custom arrangements are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on duration, clinical complexity, and participant volume. All costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling.

MindCraft Therapy Centre is primarily structured to provide telehealth services. Face-to-face appointments are not our standard offering and are arranged only under specific clinical circumstances.

In-person sessions depend on safety, location accessibility, clinical rationale, and mutual agreement on session parameters. Due to logistics, workspace overhead, and travel demands, face-to-face sessions are billed at a premium rate. Individual in-person sessions generally begin at ₦200,000 (which covers booking, session time, and local travel overheads). We reserve the right to decline or discontinue face-to-face care if conditions are deemed unsuitable for safe or ethical practice.

Psychological and cognitive assessments are specialized diagnostic services and are billed independently. They are not covered under standard individual psychotherapy consultation or session rates.

An assessment quote is provided following the initial clinical consultation, and is based on the specific test battery, evaluation duration, scoring demands, and report writing complexity.

To ensure slots are managed fairly, all provisional appointments are held for up to 24 hours. To finalize your booking, payment must be processed, and confirmation must be sent within this 24-hour window. If confirmation is not received, the slot is automatically released.

Please email your proof of payment/bank receipt to mindcrafttherapycentre@gmail.com within 24 hours of requesting the slot, otherwise the system will auto-cancel the request.

International Transfers: Clients outside Nigeria can complete payments via secure international transfer services (such as LemFi, SendWave, Wise, or Stripe) using the designated account parameters provided during the booking process.

We operate an exclusive reservation model. Your appointment block is dedicated solely to you and cannot easily be reallocated. Therefore, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

If a reschedule or cancellation request is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if a client fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show), the client remains responsible for the full session fee.

Clients are permitted up to two (2) free reschedules per calendar month. Any subsequent rescheduling requests within the same month will be subject to a 30% administrative rescheduling fee of the session rate.

Virtual appointments are hosted over secure, encrypted video links (typically Google Meet). To preserve the privacy and clinical effectiveness of the treatment, clients must:

• Join from a quiet, fully private location where they will not be interrupted.
• Ensure a stable and sufficiently fast internet connection.
• Use a device equipped with a functional camera, microphone, and speakers.

If a session cannot proceed due to technical failures or privacy issues on the client's end, the therapist may end the appointment to prevent compromised care, and the session fee will not be refunded.

Sessions must begin and end strictly at the scheduled times to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

If you are running late, please let us know. The practitioner will keep the video link open for 15 minutes. If you do not connect within 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled as a no-show and billed at the full session rate.

All new therapeutic relationships begin with a 60-minute Initial Clinical Intake & Consultation. This session serves to establish case history, formulate clinical goals, and determine whether our clinic is the correct fit for your treatment needs.

If we proceed with therapy, we will align on a treatment plan (often a weekly time slot). Continued progress requires consistency. If sessions are repeatedly cancelled or missed for more than two consecutive weeks, we reserve the right to release your recurring slot to other clients on our waitlist. If clinically indicated, we may recommend a referral to a clinician with a more suitable specialty.

MindCraft Therapy Centre provides planned, non-emergency psychological support. We do not provide 24-hour emergency care or crisis management services.

If you or someone you care for is facing an immediate danger of self-harm, suicide, or violence, you must contact local emergency medical services or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Clients may be requested to name a trusted emergency contact at the start of care. In the event of a critical emergency where there is immediate risk of harm, the clinician reserves the right to contact emergency services or your emergency contact as part of our professional duty of care.

Your clinical files and session discussions are kept strictly confidential. However, confidentiality is limited by clear ethical and legal boundaries, which include:

• Indication of immediate danger or serious harm to yourself or another individual.
• Suspected abuse, exploitation, or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
• Compliance with a formal court order, subpoena, or legal search warrant.
• Anonymized discussion of clinical themes in professional supervision to maintain quality standards (no identifying information is ever shared).

We use secure digital health systems to manage data, protect client information, and transmit messages. Despite our safeguards, online communication involves inherent privacy risks. Clients are encouraged to secure their personal networks, devices, and passwords.

Our practitioners are licensed under professional psychological frameworks and operate in strict alignment with ethical frameworks, such as the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP) Code of Ethics. Legal actions or disputes arising from our services are governed under Nigerian jurisdictional standard, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to temporarily pause, modify, or terminate services if there is a breach of professional boundaries, a failure to settle outstanding bills, repeated scheduling non-compliance, or if it becomes clear that your clinical needs exceed the scope of our clinic. In such cases, we will provide appropriate referrals to external resources.

Clients must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their country of residence. If discrepancies are found, the practice reserves the right to correct current billing categories or terminate treatment.
